  Larry Young
  Region President, Northern California Region

Larry Young is a 30 year veteran in the home building and development industry. Mr. Young graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. His experience has varied from work on the Alaskan pipe line to profit and loss management experience with public and private builders in California, Texas and Maryland. His involvement in Northern California began in 1991 with Forecast Homes as a Division President. Shortly after the 2001 purchase of Forecast Homes by K. Hovnanian, Mr. Young was promoted to Region President. Since 1991 the Northern California Region has grown from $20 million in revenues to nearly $500 million in revenues.
